Dearest Mike...my lovely 'posh' friend. When you bought Jeremy from us (the best second home he could have had), 20 years or so ago, you didn't realise that you'd be stuck with a new Yorkshire family for ever too! I'll miss calling your mobile for a chat about anything and everything. I promise to watch out for Liz and Kate as much as is possible and we'll tell George all about his lovely grandad in heaven.
